🔄 Exchanging a foreign license instead
If you're a foreign resident in DR wanting to convert a foreign license to a Dominican one (the reverse direction), that's a separate process through INTRANT's license-exchange office, requiring a valid residency or visa status and an apostilled certification from your home country's embassy.
